No worries just had an idea And ran with it

I think the issue was more that the FAV icon was stated not there and most do see it. Not anything with your suggestion. I do think Kubuntu needs to refresh that but I think that is out of this forums ability and they tend to stay with the OS derived theming as much as possible.

Nothing is stopping artists from contacting Kubuntu and offering suggestions/services...nudge-nudge
But, obviously they will stick to a logo based on KDE's, in similar styles to Xubuntu and Lubuntu.
