Thanks Steve, "-t precise-backports" worked. I suppose this has happened before and I've never noticed it, but I thought you would always be offered the latest version out of all the enabled repos.

Thanks to Steve I've now installed Rekonq 1.0 on Kubuntu 12.04. Fast browser is fast! It's impressively quick, but alas a little buggy. It crashes on that site for me too Vinny, and also goes a little strange on Youtube too. Nothing too upsetting, but I found I couldn't make any videos work in their large player.

Still, it's a great wee browser. I like!
