yes ,,,yes it dose ,,,,,,,,I am quite pleased with this beast despite the price tag ,,,,but hay just the CPU lists for over $500.00 ,,,,that 2.9GHz is misleading as it has turbo boost and I see it running up as high as 3.9GHz wile doing heavy work.
and the system sees it as 8 CPU's because of the hyper threading.

AND because of the Nvidia GPU's VDPAU hardware decoding , most video playback is decoded by the GPU instead of the CPU even youtube played through Qmplay2 (with ffmpeg-VDPAU selected in playing settings)


currently it boots 5 OS's Ubuntu-14.04, Kubuntu-14.04,14.10,15.04, Netrunner-15(in a btrfs partition on the TB drive)
