Hello, can someone link me to the latest, stable KDE Neon ISO? I believe it will be running Plasma 5.20. Thanks.

      5.21, actually
The download link on https://neon.kde.org/ is where you get it. You will want the User Edition.
They update the iso approx once a week, so it is always up to date.

It's at 5.21.2 but I should wake up to 5.21.3 in the morning!

            Awesome !!

            Thanks all

I got the ISO, tried a Live Session. Very interesting. The only thing I am confused about is Dolphin opens files with a single click. It was a double click in Kubuntu 20.04

                  LOL...

Open System Settings > General Behavior > "Clicking Files or Folders"

                  then choose "Selects them"

Yeah, you can spend a lifetime tweaking all kinds of settings in Plasma to get it to behave the way you want it to!

You are right. I will finish watching YouTube first

I do not use Plasma because it is like Windows. But it is nice, friendly, with more options to customise.
