Anyone else notice a change lately re. application font sizes?

Until recently, font scaling within applications seemed fine. For X11 apps I had "Apply scaling themselves" ticked and it seemed to work. But now, neither that or "Scaled by the system" seem to work.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't started a list yet of apps that are displaying with super small fonts, but that's next.
