Can only mount usb flash drive as root

Normally, I go through the pop-up and click on mount and open. But it tells me for one flash drive "You are not authorized to mount this device." I can however mount it manually as root:

sudo mount /dev/sde1 mnt-tmp/

What is going on and how do I get back my mount privilege? A search gives me results for Ubuntu which I cannot find in the Plasma system settings.

File system? If it's EXT4 you probably need to set ownership
