    Got question for devs or other folks with experience and/or opinions

    Was browsing xenial-backports this morning and didn't see anything I really needed or wanted, but does Neon support backported LTS packages?

        Neon only supports the packages on the Neon repos. Other packages in Xenial, even backports, are ubuntu's purview.

          I assumed Wizard meant "support" as in "can be used by..." not which developers were responsible for the packages. A fine hair to split, but an important one!

            Yup. Just wanted to know if it was likely that something was gonna melt if I added xenial-backports
