Application Launcher Icon and new Log in logo...hated it

Anyone else not like the Application launcher icon? And now the log-in splash matches it? Ugg. Not to my liking at all.

How about some good alternatives? The old KDE4 square button is boring. Here's the one I'm using now for the Application Launcher
