    Kexi 3.0

Congratulations to Jaroslaw and the team on Kexi 3.0 release. We've added the database application to KDE neon User Edition's archive.

Doesn't for me, and it wouldn't, as it's a straight URL to https: //community.kde.org/Kexi/Releases#3.0.0 (space added after : to allow it to post here not as a hyperlink)

When I hover over the Q-mark on the FB message, it says "Link was generated ... for an account not currently logged in..."

I looked at several other threads with links and not seeing this. And I logged out of FB.

                Paul, you logged into FB

Not sure what's going on with your system, but the URL in my post is a straight copy/paste from community.kde.org containing the announcement.

                    Yes.

Now, I did copy the narrative from KDE neon's FB page, but the URL is from community.kde.org

I don't know what to tell ya, but my OP contains a strait URL; it doesn't connect to KDE neon's Facebook page here. I'll try the link on my laptop (Kubuntu 16.04) and see if it behaves differently, but I really don't see how it could.

Have you looked at the (html) source code of the page in your browser (in case you use a browser add-on or an ad-blocker that trims down tracking links, for example), here's the relevant section of the page source:
