    Such a single set of hardware is available from this company called Apple.
    And it's certainly not the worst you could get for your money.

    More importantly, neither is it the best.
    Or the most fun.

          I have just updated a computer with Windows 8.1, and that update solved the bad behavior of Windows 8.1 with the clock.

          Previously, if that dual-booting computer was booted with Windows 8.1 and then it was booted with Kubuntu, the time was changed, but now the time isn't changed when booting with Windows 8.1. I did some extra boots to test that (because I also found it hard to believe).
