It will be interesting to see what tools it has. I like a speedy browser, but there are some functionalities I will need before I switch.

I have been playing around with it the past couple of days, and it works pretty well. However, it failed to play some embedded videos en local news sites. A flash problem?

If you don't mind my asking,
which version of Falkon/Qupzilla are you using? Where did you get it from?
        Kubuntu 20.04

No spell checker is a deal breaker for me. That and it doesn't allow me to edit the titles on the bookmark toolbar. Other than that...

I haven't had any problems with it playing YT vids, but like your experience, playing videos embedded in news articles results in stuttering, skipping and stalling. Reloading the tab doesn't help. I've stopped using QupZilla because of that.

You are right. It hasn't been officially relabeled and released yet. I do have QupZilla installed, from the Ubuntu repository.

I guess that may have slipped the developer's mind! Or maybe he'll use the new name for future releases?

You can get the latest (2.1.2) appimage here for Qupzilla: https://qupzilla.com/download#linux

It works with KDE Neon but not with Kubuntu because of differences in the Qtwebengine version.
