it is difficult to say with keys of that era as the lock mechanisms were very simaler across the board ...... the 2 largest , most probebly jail/cage keys espeshaly #2 (left to right as hanging) as it has a more complicated key way (the split and apparent hooks to the back ) #1,3 and 6 maby handcuff or dresser/desk locks and #5 looks like a standard door lock key #4 ?? extremely simple key way , but looks to be heave duty as well ,,,,, shackles mabyOriginally posted by Qqmike View Post

Nice selfie, S-R.
(Btw, history: Post #27 -- no hair color for this cowboy. Picture doesn't show, but the gray is trying to come into play.)An intellectual says a simple thing in a hard way. An artist says a hard thing in a simple way. Charles Bukowski

Except I don't have quite the quantity of hair up top to win a Cloud Strife look-a-like contest anymore... sigh.

My first gray hair reared its ugly little head when I was 26! And I thought, okay, so be it. I didn't yank it out or anything. But it turned out to be a fluke. It wasn't until I was in my early 50s that my hair really started turning gray. But I was still dyeing it at the time. I had started that back around ~30; I have naturally mousy brown hair (you'd never know it used to be blond!), and I'd have it dyed a shade of brown with red undertones. After my craniotomy, things like the color of my hair no longer seemed important, so it hasn't seen hair dye in a few years now.Originally posted by Qqmike View PostA gal I've known a long time but haven't seen for a long time (we kissed at age 14 at the dances held at school, small town IL), sent me some pics. I liked her hair color, but couldn't really tell what color her hair is (not gray at age 62, at the time), and our relationship is such that it was OK to ask her. "My hair is always the same color -- it comes out of a bottle!"
I agree.I also really think it's sexy to let your hair go natural, gray and all--gray steaks are cool as the hair changes, starting to gray all the way. I mean, if you try to hide signs of aging, we'd all soon end up as the invisible--or the dipped & painted--man/woman, and many people start showing it at an early age, like 50.

Nope. Well, I might post a pic of my head right after my coolest ever hairdo! You see, I had just had a middle fossa craniotomy.Originally posted by Qqmike View PostMe neither. If you do, I will

What year is that postcard from? I love all things Disney!Originally posted by Qqmike View Post
Keys, Vinny.
The keys remind me of a collection my grandmother had. I wish I knew what happened to them. She had a whole bunch--probably 30-40--skeleton keys back when I was a kid. I remember playing with them. She probably threw them out thinking they were trash. I'd love to have them now!

"Key" comments: The two largest ones look like gate keys, no. 5 (from the left) looks like a typical residential house key, no. 6 looks like a hollow barrel key - usually for padlocks.
