Yes, Debian has the habit of putting the *entire* package repository onto the Full CD/DVD Set they offer. You don't have to get the Full Set of course. You can opt to download the DE specific CD/DVD for your given architecture, which is a single CD or DVD.Windows no longer obstruct my view.

Which I find very nice. It's a perfect place for a beginner to start. I do wonder why (apart from not having an internet connection) someone would want the others. It seems to me it's a choice between installing what you want plus everything else, or just installing what you want.
