    Re: your KDE (screenshots)

I find myself favoring photos of places that are only meaningful to me:

      Nice scenery to be sure.

I like interesting images for wallpapers. My current one.

I'm with you on that one! I cycle through either ST, Sci-Fi and actually images similar to Snowhog. You can go through my many screen shots I've posted and see how there is no consistency. I change about every week to 2 weeks.

Which weather widget are you using?

                          Re: your KDE (screenshots)

                          Add:
                          ppa-kubuntu-ppa-backports/lucid main
                          to the repository, then install:

                          plasma-wiget-yawp
                          plasma-dateengine-yawp

and open up the widgets dialog, find yaWP at the end of the list (or using the weather group icon) and install. What is not shown is that the 2nd icon in the upper left of the dialog opens on details for each day, and the 3rd displays a US weather radar map.

Ah, it's yawp. Cool! It took a little bit of modification of your directions but I got it now. Thanks.

Nothing fancy, but enjoy having a decent monitor!

The background changes every 10 minutes, and randomly grabs a pic from the 25GB picture directory.
