cannot view file in kdesvn

Apologies if this is obvious, but do you have the package kdesvn-kio-plugins installed?

when attempting to view a file from kdesvn, kate is launched, but with a message that the file ksvn://localhost/<path> is still loading, which never complets. I get the following, corresonding message in /var/apport.log
