    LibreOffice menu is displayed as part of top panel.
    Here you may see the issue. The LibreOffice menu is inserted into the top panel, separate from LO Calc. (A thin black line between them) Has anyone seen this behavior? It's a fresh(ish) install of 23.04. Next stoip is LibreOffice forum.
    Any help is appreciated

    Perhaps you have enabled the Global Menu in Plasma ?
    Try right-clicking on the Plasma panel to be able to edit it or delete components from it.

    Here is another example how this can look (intentionally):

    PS:
    If you right-clicked on the desktop and chose
    -> Add Panel -> Application Menu Bar
    then this panel would automatically contain the Global Menu !

    And it seems that you are using 23.04 but posted in 22.04…

    get rid of Snap script (20.04 +)reinstall Snap for release-upgrade script (20.04 +)
    install traditional Firefox script (22.04 +)​ • install traditional Thunderbird script (24.04)
