Pretty sure the answer is 'No'. If you want to be able to launch Dolphin and have the tabs you had opened before you closed Dolphin previously, just configure Dolphin.
With Dolphin running, click on Settings > Configure Dolphin... > Startup and ensure Show on starup: is checked.Windows no longer obstruct my view.
