If you have copied text output that contains formatting (colors, highlighting, etc.), please do not enclose it in QUOTE or CODE tags. Just right-click your mouse and choose "Paste Without Formatting" or similar (Paste as plain text).
Pretty sure the answer is 'No'. If you want to be able to launch Dolphin and have the tabs you had opened before you closed Dolphin previously, just configure Dolphin.
With Dolphin running, click on Settings > Configure Dolphin... > Startup and ensure Show on starup: is checked.
