German language is not complete

what jlittle is saying it that it's weird for locale to look like that, so something might be borked about your install.

if you open the language settings, and choose modify for your language it should take you to another page where you can change the language for your system.

when you click on that, what language is highlighted?

on mine it's just C, rather than American English and when i run locale my output looks like this

Everything is set to German. To test it, I changed the language to American English, restarted, then changed it back to German and restarted again.

Unfortunately I can't run haruna, I get haruna: symbol lookup error: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libmpv.so.2: undefined symbol: pw_stream_get_nsec

However, OP, to grasp at the straw I noticed you might try, in a konsole

LANGUAGE=de_DE haruna

I don't think the LANGUAGE= line is a real issue. On my 24.04.4 LTS, output of locale shows:
