I searched for ‘German’ in the Synaptic Package Manager. Should I install everything that has an Ubuntu symbol, see arrow in the screenshot, and also install all files with ‘hunspell-de’?

I have carried out this command, but not everything is in my German language yet, for example in Haruna.
Have you logged out and/or rebooted since doing this? Often times; with Snap and/or Flatpak packages; a logout/log in or a reboot is necessary for the new system changes to be recognized.
Windows no longer obstruct my view.
