I have a similar problem, but it occurs when I connect a USB flash drive or if I connect an internal SSD drive. After that, this message appears. If you disable all this, then everything works fine. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

You're going to have to be more specific.

What does "disable this" mean? What are you disabling?

Are you saying that your system won't boot if you have a thumb drive inserted?

The referenced post is about a non-bootable condition caused by a combination of factors. Please explain how this applies to your issue.

Look in your BIOS for Device Boot Order. IF, as I suspect, USB is identified as the first in the list, move it down and/or make your HDD the first device to boot from.

I have found a solution to my problem. I have an MSI MAG B660M MORTAR WIFI motherboard. I just changed Max TOLUD auto to 2Gb in the UEFI (bios) settings. Everything works for me now.
