Did you move it all the way over to the right? The entire blank area is the task manager, so you have to go all the way over, plus that little extra as seen in my video.

You change time format in system settings' locale section.

Ps. As an aside, am I correct in thinking that after some updates have been installed then unexpected behaviour may result because the upgrade has reset some features to their default settings; hence requiring an edit!
