    change wallpaper for lock screen

    title says it all

    I found this thread from the 13.04 subforum, but the fix therein no longer works because we no longer seem to have a /usr/share/Wallpapers directory.
    I run Kubuntu 18.04 LTS.

    Oh, nevermind...

    I was being stupid. It's just that now it's with a lowercase 'w'.

      For anyone who might stumble across this thread:

      To change the lock screen picture, overwrite to the following file:

      /usr/share/wallpapers/Elarun/contents/images/2560x1600.png
      I run Kubuntu 18.04 LTS.

        Or simply change it in System Settings' lock screen config section , depending on the kde or plasma version you have.

        Also, overwriting that file will change your actual desktop wallpaper, if you are using the defaults.
