Boy, do I dare even ask this question, to everyone: Why does everyone want to get rid of that cashew (at upper right corner of the Desktop, right?). What's the deal? Thinking, maybe, that the cashew at the lower right corner (after Unlock Widgets) is enough cashew, or what?

I have to agree. I don't even notice the dang thing any longer. It looks exactly like the settings icon in chrome and on my phone, so I guess it blends in well enough for me.

However, I do also agree with the philosophy that Linux and KDE are (or should be) all about choice. I think there should be a way to disable it without doing hand stands. Even though, I wouldn't bother...
