Thanks, TWPonKubuntu. In many ways, UEFI IS simple. The nice thing is that you can work with UEFI at the high level of your OS or a Live CD, using the filesystem(s) and commands you know, plus just a few new commands. And it is all visible to you! Just open /boot/efi/EFI and look inside!
