yeppers.....The Johnnie man used to put such drives on the beltways for "people to snag"...only I knew how to read the sensors....and when i saw one...I snagged it...
The Johnnieman passed away in about... 4012.... of unknown causes....but he used to put so much junque onto the beltways....and FIRST showed me how to assemble a tower...while customers were clammoring for terms...
The Jonnieman was one of..."the good guys"...
but I have never actually had a NEW HD fail...yes...some of the decades old HDs that the JohnnieMan passed to me....what would one expect...I have never use them for data storage...but for playing with OS's...
