Need Printer Driver Canon ImageClass MF3110

I need a driver for a Canon Imageclass MF3110, I don't see anything in the Drivers menu, and I am not really sure were to find one online.

Well, on Canon's site, they report no Linux drivers for the ImageClass MF3110 are available. However, on the SANE: Supported Devices site, a search on ImageClass MF3110 finds:

USB 0x04a9/0x26ed Complete All resolutions supported (up to 600DPI). Flatbed, ADF simplex and Duplex supported. pixma
    (0.17.4)
    sane-pixma
Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007

I seen that, I don't understand what that means.

Installing package sane may provide you with scanner support for this MF printer.

It appears that this printer has zero Linux support, so it may be that nothing short of accessing it in a Windows VM will work.
