Yes it looks good to me, Slashdot mentioned it a couple of days ago, that's when I looked.
Some say it is expensive, I say it's in a similar price bracket as Thinkpads, now we have to find out if it is in a similar bracket re. compatibility and quality.
Compatibility as in no need for tricks to go from Ubuntu 12.04 to something sane like Kubuntu 13.10

Yep, I to my great sadness, found out that the battery for my ages old Satellite cannot be "generically" replaced and the cost is about $120 USD. So, what I was thinking about was waiting for a "tablet" to appear that would easily allow KDE plasma touch screen to work on it, but...
since the arm processors require a "certain" kind of OS.....and...
I also have been doing just fine with the My!Eebo tablet for what i need of it.
Soooo maybe turn the old Toshiba into a sound server maybe and get one of these.
just a thought.
