Jovie / Digital Clock - Speak Time

With Ubuntu 11.10 (oneiric) and Linux 3.0.0-23-generic I find that my digital clock will speak the time. However, in testing I set it for every minute yet when I set it to every 15 minutes it continues to speak every minute which is quite annoying. Plus, when it speaks on the 15 minute setting it repeats it twice along with the every minute (past) setting for a total of 3 speaks.
Where are these announcements times actually stored so that I can manually edit/delete them?

KDE configs are normally stored in ~/.kde/share/config and application data in ~/.kde/share/apps. Plasma-widget settings are normally stored in ~/.kde/share/config/plasma-{desktop,netbook}-appletsrc
