Turkish Translations

Hello,

I don't know if this is the right place for this message, but I hope moderators can move it if it is in wrong place.

I've just started translating Kubuntu documentation into Turkish but I have some questions:

* On: https://lists.ubuntu.com/#Localization+Lists page, I don't see any tr mail list for translations. Can someone create it?
* On launchpad, I am currently translating oneiric docs. Should I continue with this one or translate the most recent version? (it was suggesting my to translate oneiric though.)

If I cannot make it till 2013.04, when will the new translations be packaged for download by users?

You might try visiting #kubuntu-devel on freenode irc, the Kubuntu devs hang out there and can point you to the right people and resources for that. The ubuntu-tr mailing list might be able to provide info as well
