Zombie Penguins Spotted on Left4Dead 2 Website

Valve has already confirmed that Steam and Left4Dead 2 are coming to Linux. They have launched a dedicated blog for Linux where they will be writing about progress on Steam for Linux.

Now Valve has released a new Cold Stream DLC pack for L4D2. With this release, Penguins have also made their first appearance on L4D2 website.

I also like how in porting to Linux they found ways to make their windows version run faster (though still not as fast as on linux )

im so excited, especially since i already have this game bought on my steam account. i would gladly pay again if i really had to. if only GW2 could get a linux version, oh well, heres hoping the wine team can work some magic.

guild wars 2 works acceptable under wine, so I think i'll manage. If you're interested in the steam beta (when it arrives) try sending a short mail to valvelinuxteam@valvesoftware.com.
