I don't play anything else than Xmoto. Anyone else tried it? Level "airborne". It's a tease.

Widelands - simply great. I also enjoy freeciv, kgoldrunner and whichwayisup.

Shooting games like Wolfenstein's enemy territory are not really my cup of tea as I bumble around and get blasted before I can say: "Blimey, what are all these people doing here, running for their lives?"

I like SuperTux as a 2D scroller. Almost as good as SMB.

Lately, I've been playing around with FlightGear. It's an excellent simulator that just works out of the box. Even my Logitec Extreme 3D Pro just worked. I did have to remap a few buttons, but only for personal preference.

I know it is a port, as it were, but gweled.

Otherwise the original TuxRacer and did anyone else discover that about two thirds of the way down on the right side there is an "ice bowl" up on a hill that if tux is in it he just slides back and forth and back and forth forever and therefore is a nice screensaver with music?

I really like visual novels. Most are free and run in linux or any other operating system.

                          I find my games here:

                            3. Trigger (a racing game)

                              6. Same ? as #1 and Exactly what is that game? Sounds interesting.

                                Hi...

                                1. Yes, you can find it under "pinball." Be sure to get the data package as well.
                                6. Same as 1, look for "burgerspace." It's a clone of an old arcade game from the early 80's, Burgertime.

If by some chance you are unable find them in the repositories, you can find the source files for BurgerSpace here and Emilia Pinball here.

                                Hope this helps...
