WEB programming

a year ago I found a site http://www.w3schools.com and began to learn an html language;
I have kubuntu 12.10 and I use Kate and Bluefish for web programming;
maybe anybody can suggest me a good free web hosting?

Make your computer a webserver by installing XAMPP so you can first see your programming before you ever upload it.

Well, my PC is turned only at day time, so I guess this will not work...

Not what I meant. I was suggesting you install XAMPP, then when you are ready with a website, get your web host. If you are serious about making a website, pay for web hosting.
