    First

Is there any way of changing Kmenu icon ?

    Second

How can I add a new menu to the desktop menu ? I want to add a open shell link in it (like in gnome).

Depends which icon theme your using.

    Icons are @ /usr/share/icons/ & $HOME/.kde/share/icons

Simply change kmenu.png icon (back it up first!)

The second I'm not sure yet...

        two questions

You can left clik on the K menu then if you right click you've got :

        Add menu to desktop
        Add menu to main panel
        Edit menu

Is that what you want ?

No, what I want to to add a new menu to desktop menu (menu open when you click on free space on desktop). I want to add a new menu to open shell (or some other program).
          cheers!
