Limit the volume range (min/max volume)
I have a USB soundcard which works fine. However any volume below 8% is basically "Mute" and the volume at 50% is the maximum volume I can take without hearing loss.
So my question is:
Is there a easy way to limit the volume to the values of 8-50%?
