    Converting from phpBB to SMF

I am thinking of converting to Simple Machines Forum since it has many more features and supports subforums easily. Would anybody have problems with this. The phpBB is too slow and uses alot of resources. Please respond to this poll because this site is for Kubuntu users, so the users make the decisions. Thanks.

For those of you who don't know, SMF stands for Simple Machines Forum and the address is www.simplemachines.org if you want to go check it out.

      Converting from phpBB to SMF

On Ubuntuforums, as more and more users were asking for better integration of the ubuntu wiki as a source of documentation with the forums, Ryan (from Ubuntuforums) was trying to work with Canonical to unify the login procedure so that logged-in users would not have to autheticate a second time (into launchpad) to be able to access the wiki.

Perhaps this is a consideration in chosing forum software?
