Just to comment about WiFi Radar, i am using it and it works very good, when i go from a wireless network to another my laptop is connected automatically, it is a really great wireless configuration application.
I saw that kubuntu feisty will include kdenetworkmanager from Suse, i hope it is the same than good that WiFi Radar.
Another thing about WifiRadar is that it is develped using Python.
