In the image below, what is the purpose of the marked box? It can't be toggled.

If you have selected "Don't ask again" in any notification dialogs shown to you, konsole will remember your selections and not show such dialogs again. With that button, you can reset these so all dialogs will be shown again (until you select "don't ask again" for a dialog)...So it's not a permanent setting you can "toggle".
