Steam in-home streaming

Anyone have experience with this?
I have Steam on my Kubuntu PC. I noticed that while on the laptop booted to Windows , Steam sees the PC and I can stream games to it, Kubuntu to Windows. Now, booting the laptop back to KDE Neon, Steam does not see the PC. Has anyone streamed linux-to-linux at all? Do I need to edit some router settings?
