[SOLVED] write pictures to multiple dvds

I need a program that will take a large amount of pictures, just over 34G and write them to a sequence of dvds that can be used independently. The recipient of these dvds will be using windows. K3b just wants to use bdr. Her computer will not read bluray.
Trying to avoid manually sorting into folders of dvd size

Open to win7 solutions if no linux solutions exists (unlikely)

Solved this problem with an XP program.
Sometimes the old stuff is better
