mp3 to ogg?

I've got nearly 3,000 MP3s that I want to convert to OGG.
Anyone know a good program to do the converting? The ability to do many files at once is a major plus.

FYI, I'm running Kubuntu Edgy.

There is a program called mp32ogg that will probably make the task a lot easier. You probably know, but mp3 and ogg are both lossy formats, so you will lose some quality when you do the conversion. Good luck.
