Hardy no longer in development

I am sure everyone in the forum is busy. But Hardy has been released and needs to be moved to the top. and 8.10 marked as the new development version with its own forum thread.

I know, I missed it earlier and plain forgot to change it yesterday. I'll change it soon (maybe later as I have to do it through an https anonymous proxy to get around the web filter here @ werk , sometimes it messes with web forms ),
