Error Message while trying to update KDE Neon user edition

Hi Folks, the following is what i get while trying to update my KDE Neon user edition today. The system has been regularly updated up to today. I understand what the error say, but not sure if I have to create the repository or else. Any comment please! Thanks!

Fatal error: E: The repository 'http://archive.neon.kde.org/user noble Release' no longer has a Release file.

I think that the URL is incorrect. It lists with http:// as the start, and it should be https://

Edit the file and correct, then try again.

I did edit the url, it came back with the same error message with the "s" added to the url too.
I see that acheron saying the server is down. So i will wait till it comes back and up again. Thanks anyway!
