[SOLVED] Special window/application settings not working

Special window/application settings is not working for me, the info is not being recorded by the system. In example, I set the size for the Alarm Clock window:

Tried with several applications with no luck. It has never worked since the installation of KDE Neon User Edition a couple of weeks ago or so.
Is this a bug or is there something I gotta do first for this to work?
