[RESOLVED] Is there a way to make a widget appear on all activities...

... without redefining it on each one? I'm thinking of "Memory usage" which I keep up to show what processes are hogging resources.

No, there isn't. That is sort of a main point for Activities.
Now, with old-fashioned Virtual Desktops, yes, they would be on all of them.

There isn't a good/safe way to do any sort of hack to copy or sync them. However, one way to get this would be to place a widget on a separate panel, resized to fit your needs. Of course, these can only really live on screen edges, if that is a concern, but Panels are the only widgets that are shared between Activities. Not all widgets will like being on a panel, but many to most do.
