Don't forget a Qt6 upgrade, as well as prepping for Plasma 6 *and* frameworks 6, too

Things were building iirc but with all that coming down, there may have been a lot of changes and movement affecting the packaging (aka things that cause the 'overwrite" errors sometimes.)

I spy Frameworks packages in their staging area, but no idea on how (in)complete they are.

Plasma 6 and Frameworks 6 et all next week.................................w00t!!
(I imagine this makes all the kf5 stuff a bit moot soon, anyway)

There were some issues with tooling that may have been delaying things, plus they start building/prepping for Plasma 6 packaging for User today.

.11 is scheduled for release after 6.0, so.....
