    Package downgrade error

For the past two days at least, attempting to update my system I get this:
    Code:
30 packages can be upgraded. Run 'apt list --upgradable' to see them.

    yes, everyone pretty much.
The downgrade is necessary, as are the removals. let it uninstall and downgrade, then reinstall hplip libraqm0 python3-pil python3-reportlab.
Don't autoremove anything. It should clear things up after the downgrade.

They pinned some library packages back to stock Ubuntu packages for some compatibility reasons, mostly for Wine users.

I actually let it do as it stated. Did have to run twice. No issues so far.
