    [DESKTOP] 444 package update

444 packages came down the pike this morning. Upgrade proceeded without problems.
    Haven't noticed anything different.

I didn't have that many, but when I chose to restart after the upgrade finished, KDE neon hung and wouldn't finish. I eventually killed the VM (I run KDE neon in an Oracle VM), then waited a bit before relaunching. It loaded up without issue. That was the only niggle I experienced today.

Plasma 5.25 has a ton of little fixes and tweaks, I am still looking , on my breaks. Frameworks, which updates yesterday, has a bunch of little stuff as well.

I like the component choosers in the Global themes section, so far. To me. almost all global themes have something in them that sucks lemons, or I just want a part of one.

I also like the accent colors setting to base things from the user's wallpaper, though since I use two different ones, of of course uses the one I don't want it to use lol. (prob just have to set the other monitor as the Primary.)

I didn't realise it had gone to 5.25 until I saw this thread, I thought it was a point release for 5.24.

Anyway, my floating Panel has these little white blocks on each corner...

            "Floating"?
Can you grab it and move it around the desktop? Is there another, blank, panel underneath?

No, it is just not 100% 'attached" to the screen edge, a reverse border if you will.

I found it only affected one Panel theme. But I soon got bored with it and turned it off as it served no useful purpose...

Ah, neat! I notice that a window can slide under the panel. This can be tricky if an active control is covered by the floating panel.
