[PLASMA 5] update-rc.d: warning: start and stop actions are no longer supported; falling back to

I am putting this information in the Neon section because I am using Neon User Edition, but I suspect that what it represents is a regression to the sysvinit days. Xenial and Neon use systemd, so attempts to use sysvinit to start or stop a process may fail.

This is not a bug. That is an informational statement made by the
/usr/sbin/update-rc.d program of the sys-rc package which is used by
Debian packages to install startup symlinks. Therefore I am closing
    this (non-)bug.

The init script have headers with list of start stop levels. Under systemd probably all sysv scripts run as multi-user.target or similar and so runlevels are ignored.

They should just remove the warning... or make it more informational.
