    Installing VMWARE on Kubuntu(breezy)

    I wrote this tutorial on installing Vmware5.4.3 on kubuntu (breezy)

    Please input your comments here, I'm in my learning phase, please tell me if there any other easy/recommended way of doing same.

    is VMWare free ? or is there an open source alternative?

      NO, I just wrote it to show peoples how to install it (I can't run it on my machine, coz I don't have a valid serial key)

          With VMware server can you make new Vmachines? I dont know. I have VMware Workstation and have done it one there with no problems. But that was on and winxp system

            Yes, you can make new vmachines ad vnetwork without problem. You have to register on the web site ad will receive an e-mail with a code that tou have to insert during the installation. VMware server work very fine!
            You havo to do: apt-get install linux-headers(-what you need)
            I did an apt-get install linux-source a lot of time ago, I don't know if this is necessary to installing the VMware server, but is not a bad action to do

            I'm sorry if my english is not perfect :P
